Simply knowing who can lend, or knowing the lender well, is not enough to get a deal completed. Many years of experience completing transactions from start to finish have enabled us to address obstacles that crop up throughout the agreement.

The firm has access to a vast selection of lenders, some private, and many of whom are not visible in the market. As a team, Mountview Capital currently know over 350 lenders, and this is regularly expanding.

 

The firm actively maintains relationships with sophisticated funding sources and can assess complex development deals and speculative transactions. All of the team devote a significant amount of their time to keep up to date with criteria and lenders’ appetites so that our advisors immediately know who might fund a new request. Mountview Capital do this to save the client a significant amount of time.

Analytical Skill Set

The firm’s advisers fact-find thoroughly to get to know our client fully, and then take the time to work through the deal’s details.

By qualifying the dealings properly in the first place, we assemble a robust case to move forward with, and lenders respect that.

Credit Structuring

Mountview Capital has deep experience in structuring deals for Credit teams, as most of the team have worked in banks for years presenting cases to credit.
