Locations
We have a diverse range of lenders which enables us to provide coverage on assets across England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales.
In addition, we arrange commercial finance across Western and Central Europe, where we can also arrange bridging finance if needed.

Asset Types
We cover all classes of real estate- offices, retail, healthcare, hotels, logistics, and industrial.
We don’t simply focus on triple-A tenants or primary locations. We regularly work on secondary and tertiary locations, with varying strengths of tenant covenants.
Much of what we do involves arranging funding strategic asset management strategies for clients, whether that then involves the client managing tenants, an under-rented asset or obtaining planning.

Loan Size
As a team between us, we cover commercial finance from a range of £500k to £100m+.
This requires a huge breadth of lenders to stay on top of, as they each have their own sweet spots on loan sizes. Given the size of our team, we can each focus on different markets and thus are able to provide solutions across a wide range of lenders.

Mind the Gap
The retail space has been challenging in today's world, to say the least. And there are various sectors where tenants are no longer looking to take on long leases.
Both retail and shorter WAULTs present interesting opportunities, often with strong yields. But these opportunities, where often these assets might have only two or three years before a tenant break clause, are difficult to finance with the high street and standard commercial mortgage market.
We regularly handle lending requirements that fall between the gap of a senior lender and a short-term finance company.
We have strong experience in financing the retail sector, as well as shorter WAULTs.
